Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana, Urbana, IL is seeking an Automotive Biller to ensure the accurate flow of documents from the Finance Department and to manage the billing for vehicles sold.

The role requires automotive billing experience, a high school diploma, and CDK familiarity preferred but not required. A background check will be conducted, and candidates must be 18+ years old.

Qualifications

• Automotive billing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CDK preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
• Other duties as assigned by management
