Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller at Napleton Clermont CDJR in Florida. This role ensures the correct flow of documents from the Finance Department and bills vehicles sold, handling profits, accounts receivable, and sales commissions.

Pay ranges between $22-$25 per hour based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid leave, training, and employee discounts; growth opportunities are strong in this large dealership group.

Qualifications

• Automotive Billing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions.
• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
• Other duties as assigned by management
