Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana to ensure accurate billing flow from the Finance Department. The role requires automotive billing experience and may involve CDK software.

Qualifications

• Automotive Billing experience preferred or required.
• CDK experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold, including calculating profits and setting up receivables/liabilities.
• Reconcile dealer reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in the billing process.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reconcile Dealer Reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Automotive Billing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with CDK preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local/law regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
