Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Biller at Napleton Auto Park of Urbana. The successful candidate will ensure the correct flow of billing documents from the Finance Department and support accurate vehicle billing.

This role is with a large, nationwide automotive group offering stability, growth opportunities, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, paid vacation and training.

Qualifications

• Automotive Billing experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with CDK is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Billing of vehicles sold, calculating profits, receivables/liabilities, and sales commissions.
• Reconcile dealer reserve statements and product submissions.
• Process payments to floor plan institutions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in the billing process.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Responsibilities:
