Napleton Automotive Group in Kentucky is seeking an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to join a growing automotive dealership team. You will process invoices, issue payments, and manage client accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred.
• High School diploma; advanced education preferred.
• Strong knowledge of math and accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications necessary.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local regulations.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Post and process all approved vendor invoices for payment.
• Verify all invoices are posted to proper general ledger accounts in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain approved vendor files including tax and insurance information.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable schedule posting all required adjusting entries.
• Maintain sales tax exempt information.
• Post accounts payable invoices.
• Record and maintain all 1099 information.
• Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner.
• Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
