Job summary

HW Kia of West County is seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Wholesale/Dealer Trade title clerk-biller to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate title and accounting records by computing, classifying, preparing, recording, and verifying financial data for dealer trades and warranty products.

The position requires at least 2 years of title clerk experience; CDK experience is preferred, with strong customer service and organizational skills.

HW Kia of West County is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Wholesale/Dealer Trade title clerk-biller to add to the team. This role involves maintaining accurate and efficient title and accounting records by computing, classifying, preparing, recording, and verifying financial data. This position reports directly to the Controller.

Responsibilities

• Basic accounting knowledge of routine accounting functions.
• Assisting the Office Manager with various accounting duties.
• Entering aftermarket warranty products into the system
• Processing payments for aftermarket warranty products.
• Managing cancellations of aftermarket warranty products.
• Handling dealer trades and wholesale deals.
• Reconciling daily cash and charges for bank deposits.
• Reconciling schedules on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

• At least 2 years title clerk experience.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Reconciling daily cash and charges for bank deposits.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with great attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills.
• Must be a team player with an excellent work ethic.
