Route 44 Toyota in Raynham, MA is seeking a full-time Customer Service / Inside Sales professional to answer calls, qualify leads, and present financing options. You will engage customers via phone, email, and live chat, guiding them to dealership resources and coordinating follow-ups with the sales team.

Qualifications include prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 Base+Commission/year

Qualifications
