Job Description

About The Role:

The Assistant Manager is a full-time, hourly position serving as a key holder and acting manager during absences. Responsibilities include managing store operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and supporting sales and profitability goals.

Compensation:

Hourly range: $18.00-$20.00, with potential incentives based on experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Schedule guest appointments to optimize technician efficiency.
2. Promote sales through informed recommendations.
3. Address guest needs and build relationships for loyalty.
4. Assist technicians and ensure store cleanliness and readiness.
5. Manage inventory and oversee workflow.
6. Adhere to safety and company policies.
7. Perform Store Manager duties as needed.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years retail experience or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Preferred ASE certification and State Inspection License.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and good MVR.

Profile & Physical Requirements:

• Basic automotive skills, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in an automotive shop environment.
