Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Round Rock, TX area. About the Positions

• Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsible for enforcing policies, scheduling staff, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely work, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety.
• Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of mechanics and technicians, ensures customer satisfaction, and drives sales initiatives. Communicates with customers to assess needs and provide information on repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications
