$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety.
Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, ensures customer satisfaction, and promotes sales initiatives. Communicates with customers to assess needs and provide information on repairs and maintenance.

Must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and have at least 1 year of experience or training in automotive parts/tire sales or repairs/maintenance, or equivalent education and experience.
