The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.
The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and under-car repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through high-quality service. They also drive sales initiatives and communicate with customers to assess needs and recommend repairs.
