We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Camp Hill, PA area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures, and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team member safety.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repair services. They ensure complete customer satisfaction by delivering timely, high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. Service Managers direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, and communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide information, and ensure satisfaction.
