Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting is seeking an experienced Manager of Operations and Sales to lead staffing, compensation, and profitability in Texas. The role combines operational oversight with a strong emphasis on customer service and revenue growth.

You will drive staff development, optimize processes, and analyze costs while guiding repair planning and cost estimation. A proven leadership track record and willingness to operate with performance-based pay are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to interpret P&L and drive profitability.
• Strong time-management and prioritization for self and team.
• Track record in sales or operations with leadership responsibility.
• Willingness to work for performance-based compensation.
• Experience with estimating software such as CCC-One preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in production management or sales leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees hiring, training, developing, transferring, managing compensation and discipline of staff
• Manage financial controls, operations, employee development, and customer service
• Maintain inventory and applies financial reporting analysis results
• Successfully generates and capture sales leads
• Analyze collision and/or paint damaged vehicles to create a repair plan and cost
• Review repair orders with technicians as necessary

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of profit and loss interpretation and management to influence profitability
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives
• Previous success in sales or operations and leadership skills are a must
• Desire for performance based compensation
• CCCOne or like estimatics program experience preferred
• At least 3 years of production management or sales leadership is required

Pay is salary plus quarterly bonus, based on performance and sales.
