This paid internship offers exposure to automotive manufacturing, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Eligible students must be enrolled in a degree program and available for at least six months, with visa costs covered as part of benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field.
• Currently enrolled in university or gap year between bachelor’s and master’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and optimize Assembly production management processes.
• Support standardization of shop floor management systems.
• Work directly with production management teams.
• Assist with cross-functional problem-solving activities.
• Support resolution of product and process-related issues.
• Collaborate with Body Shop, Paint Shop, and supplier partners.
• Develop and implement improvement measures.
• Participate in process optimization initiatives.
• Support data analysis and performance reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
