U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is a leading tier-one supplier of timing chain systems. The Automatic Assembly, Set Up & Operate role involves setting up and operating the assembly line, performing changeovers, and ensuring quality control across the chain and components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience running multiple machines.
• Safety First mindset.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use material handling devices such as hand trucks and hydraulic lift trucks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate, changeovers, and adjust the assembly line to assemble Automotive Timing Chain and Components.
• Maintain quality records and traceability for each charge of chain.
• Prepare test samples for quality control and record production data.
• Utilize machine-monitoring system to record downtime and downtime causes.
• Report faulty operations or defective material to supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and comply with safety regulations.
