Job summary

Prestige Toyota of Ramsey is recruiting an Appointment Setter/Call Center for Internet & Phone Sales. This full-time position includes Saturdays, with prior automotive experience preferred.

You will handle sales calls, internet leads, and database prospecting, answer inbound calls, and schedule sales appointments. Contact internet customers by email, phone, and text to arrange appointments and follow up to close outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or Telemarketing preferred.
• Phone sales, business development, and customer service experience.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with all potential clients/customers.
• First-class verbal, written and communication skills.
• Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with strong time-management.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and schedule a sales appointment.
• Contact Internet Customers via email, phone, and text to schedule a Sales appointment.
• Follow up with Sales Department to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
