Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in Mebane, NC is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art service centers. You will use advanced equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring caster, camber, toe and thrust angles and perform tire-related services to reduce wear and keep vehicles traveling straight.

Responsibilities include state-mandated inspections, oil/filters changes and flat repairs, plus other automotive tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training with dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires, or equivalent education/training.
• Preference for a state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Use up-to-date equipment to align tires and wheels on customer vehicles.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear and ensure straight travel.
• Perform state inspections, oil changes, flat repairs and related automotive services.
