Qualifications

• Experience in automotive alignment or tire service.
• Familiarity with alignment and tire-service equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle alignments accurately and efficiently.
• Mount, replace, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and check tire pressure, tread depth, and overall condition.
• Properly complete assigned services and repairs based on training and experience.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines, published procedures, and all applicable safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Accurately document completed services and repairs.
• Safely operate customer and company vehicles in accordance with company driving policies.
• Protect the confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Consistently demonstrate Group 1 Automotive’s core values.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct in the workplace.
