Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices in the Plano, TX area is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art service centers.

Technicians align tires, measure caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, perform oil changes, inspections, and tire repairs, and contribute to a culture of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Preferred: state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align newly mounted tires and wheels using the latest equipment.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce tire wear.
• Complete state inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs.
• Perform other required automotive service or vehicle repairs as needed.
