Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician for our Germantown, MD area service center. You will align tires and wheels, adjust camber and toe, perform inspections and routine maintenance to keep vehicles safe and roadworthy.

Role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and providing quality automotive service. Training and growth opportunities are available within a large national network.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent education/training.

Responsibilities

• Perform automotive alignment using up-to-date equipment, adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure proper tire wear and vehicle handling.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs as needed; perform other related automotive services.
