DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Air Import Coordinator to manage automotive vehicle imports via air freight.

You will coordinate with overseas offices, brokers, and internal teams to ensure compliant and timely deliveries while handling payments and billing for air imports. The role requires experience in freight forwarding and air imports, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with logistics software.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding operations and International Logistics is preferred.
• Experience in air imports is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end air import shipments of automotive vehicles with overseas partners.
• Prepare import documentation including EPA forms, DOT forms and temporary import statements.
• Review air waybills, invoices, and packing lists to ensure compliance with U.S. customs and company policies.
• Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to monitor shipments and provide customer updates.
