Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
5+ years in automotive suspension, chassis, pneumatic pumps, or fluid-delivery hardware.
Foundational understanding of vehicle dynamics, thermodynamics, and fluids.
Experience with validation/testing (bench, rig, vehicle).

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of air compressor assemblies and related components.
Optimize components for volumetric efficiency, fluid flow, and thermal dissipation.
Develop thermal management strategies and control algorithms.
Design NVH mitigation and acoustic packaging for vehicle comfort.
Perform simulations and analyses to evaluate performance and reliability.
Collaborate with software, calibration, manufacturing, and QA teams.
