Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 3–7 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include supporting customer programs, coordinating validation activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in automotive application engineering or suspension systems.
• Experience with semi-active or active suspension systems.
• Familiarity with vehicle testing, tuning, and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Support customer programs involving passive and/or semi-active suspension systems.
• Act as the primary technical interface with OEM customers during development phases.
• Coordinate with hardware and software teams for proper integration.
