Job summary

Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL is seeking a full-time Automotive Aftermarket Coordinator to join our growing team. You will interact with customers to determine needs and discuss interior/exterior protection packages, accessories and more as part of vehicle purchases.

Responsibilities include scheduling installations, coordinating with vendors for packages and parts, checking in with customers, and daily communication with the Service Department.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability for 4 days during the work week and every Saturday.
• No dealership experience required.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Outgoing personality with a people-friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer, email and internet proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Determine customer needs and discuss available interior/exterior environmental protection packages, accessories and more for customers purchasing a vehicle.
• Schedule appointments, installs, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors for packages and parts.
• Check in with customers.
• Communicate daily with the Service Department.
