The Boyd Group is seeking an Automotive ADAS Technician in Michigan (Ann Arbor area). You will perform diagnostic testing, ADAS calibrations, wiring repairs and vehicle maintenance while coordinating with the team and handling invoicing and payments.

The role emphasizes customer interaction and quality service. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of automotive/electronic technician experience, OE tool proficiency, and willingness to learn new tools; HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OE scan tools.
• Ability to learn new tools as needed.
• Knowledge of wiring repair procedures.
• Ability to service A/C systems.
• Possesses diagnostic skills in the automotive trade.
• Basic computer knowledge including email/spreadsheet.
• Willing to update job knowledge via educational materials.
• Must possess high school degree or GED.

Responsibilities

• Determines testing and analysis by communicating with shop reps and reviewing repair estimates.
• Performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis.
• Performs wiring repairs.
• Advises shop of needed repairs.
• Keeps inventory of stock and coordinates orders with support staff.
• Writes, prints and emails service invoices.
