Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking an Account Executive / Automotive Account Manager in Birmingham, AL to act as the primary contact for dealership accounts and grow revenue.

You will lead strategic conversations, coordinate Creative, Digital, Media, Data, and Direct Mail teams, manage budgets and timelines, and leverage campaign data to drive recommendations. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing, paid social, PPC, or streaming advertising.
• Familiar with marketing platforms, reporting tools, CRM/project systems, and AI-enabled tools.
• Experience presenting reports, budgets, recommendations, or campaign updates.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned dealership accounts.
• Build trusted client relationships through meetings, communication, and visits.
• Lead conversations around strategy, campaigns, performance, and next steps.
• Coordinate Creative, Digital, Media, Data, and Direct Mail teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines, reporting, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Use campaign data and technology to guide recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and account value.
