Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting preferred; or HS diploma with 3+ years related accounting experience.
• Strong data entry accuracy and basic accounting knowledge.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a team player.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Process and file on-demand checks for multi-site dealership transactions.
• Handle dealership trades, purchase orders, and trade records.
• Provide vendor and clerical support for A/P clerks and maintain records.
• Collaborate with management to ensure daily dealership accounting operations run smoothly.
