EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Accounting Specialist for our Avondale, AZ dealership. The role owns the accounts payable function, reviews invoices, and analyzes expenses to support monthly close and financial reporting.

The candidate should have general accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and good communication abilities. Automotive experience is a plus, and the team values collaboration and diligence.

Qualifications

• General accounting experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for vendors regarding invoicing and payment.
• Review and process invoices for payment.
• Liaise between store operations and Shared Services Center.
• Perform SOX controls as necessary.
• Perform month-end close and variances analysis.
• Prepare month-end work papers and bank activity analyses.
• Support audits with documentation and research.
