Qualifications

• General understanding of accounting practices.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across email, web, phone and in person.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for vendors regarding invoicing and payment.
• Review and process invoices for payment.
• Liaise between store operations and the Shared Services Center.
• Complete SOX controls as necessary.
• Monthly invoice reviews.
• Aging exception analysis.
• Support quarterly and annual audit efforts with documentation.
