Job summary

DARCARS Automotive Group in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, scheduling payments, maintaining AP records, and preparing reports for department heads. Prior automotive AP experience and Reynolds & Reynolds proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in automotive field preferred.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred.
• Previous automotive accounts payable experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Computer literate to include Word and Excel.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
