Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Cashier/Receptionist for Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. The role involves handling customer transactions, calculating bills, and processing payments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The position offers a schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm, with an hourly pay range of $15.00-$18.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cashier experience; automotive dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and willingness to undergo a background check.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Able to record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all payments at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to the appropriate person for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

Located at Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, the Cashier/Receptionist is critical to our customer’s experience. The Cashier/Receptionist isresponsible for handling customer transactions, calculating bills, and processing payments. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused. The schedule for the position is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm
