Pinewood.AI is seeking a knowledgeable Training and Implementation Consultant focused on dealership accounting. You will work with dealership accounting teams to ensure a smooth transition to our Automotive Intelligence Platform.

This hands-on role blends accounting expertise with implementation and training skills, driving onboarding success in a fast-growing North American market. You will travel extensively (about 80%), delivering on-site and remote training, and localising materials for US

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with dealership financial operations and end-to-end processes.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training to mixed-ability audiences.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations in automotive retail.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end implementations of Pinewood.AI for dealership accounting and finance, from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Configure and validate financial workflows, including GL mappings and reporting.
• Design and deliver training for diverse audiences, on-site and remote.
• Localise training materials for the North American market (US terminology and processes).
• Coach best practices for dealership financial workflows, including AP/AR and month-end processes.
• Lead change management activities and adoption measurement.
• Collaborate with product/support/delivery to improve rollout processes.
• Travel across North America to deliver on-site consultancy and training.
