Holman is seeking a detail-oriented accounting support professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will review and process transactions, validate postings, and assist with accounts receivable activities to ensure accurate records and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Previous office experience or completed accounting coursework.
• Ability to process and validate both accounting and non-accounting transactions.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable activities and general clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and process all transactions within the workflow system, including incoming emails.
• Validate accounting and non-accounting transactions per team responsibilities and ensure timely posting.
• Support accounts receivable activities: billing, payments, customer account reconciliation, and timely collections.
• File electronically documents per team responsibilities.
• Post transactions including banking, journal vouchers, check requests, and other postings.
• Compile documents and reconciliations as required.
• Promote a positive working environment and provide backup coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
