The Lou Fusz Automotive Network in Columbus, OH seeks an Automotive Accounting Manager to lead the dealership's accounting function. You will oversee the general ledger, review journal entries, and ensure accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The role requires knowledge of GAAP and dealership practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage clerical staff. Training on Dealertrack DMS is provided, with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and dealership accounting practices; strong analytical and deductive reasoning.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft applications; Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus with training provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized with teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control the general ledger; review and post journal entries.
• Develop and monitor internal controls to improve compliance and efficiency.
• Assist in financial reporting and cross-department issue resolution.
• Manage in-store clerical staff supervision.
• Ensure audit readiness and accurate accounting records.
