The Lou Fusz Automotive Network in Columbus, OH seeks an Automotive Accounting Manager to lead the general ledger, journal entries, reports, and audit readiness for our dealership. Automotive accounting experience is required.

You will supervise clerical staff, coordinate with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and compliance, and contribute to process improvements while enjoying a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and dealership accounting practices.
• Strong computer and data input skills with high accuracy and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control the general ledger; review and post journal entries; monitor financial data; advise departments on coding.
• Evaluate internal controls and propose improvements for compliance and efficiency.
• Assist in developing financial reports and cross-department issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed accounting records for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Provide management and supervision of in-store clerical staff.
