You will support accounting staff, handle basic title work, and process vehicle payoffs while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Some experience in Automotive Accounting; willingness to train the right person.
• Dependable team player with a positive attitude.
• Willing to cross-train in multiple areas of Automotive Accounting.
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• General office duties and assisting accounting staff as needed.
• Basic title work and stocking in vehicles.
• Process vehicle payoffs, type checks and post journal entries.
• Basic Excel use, typing and data entry.
• Prepare vehicle registrations to be mailed.
• Interact with customers, dealers, and dealership personnel.
