Perfection Honda in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking an Accounting Office team member. The ideal candidate has experience in Automotive Accounting or is willing to be trained. You will support accounting staff, handle basic title work, and process vehicle payoffs while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Perfection Honda, a family owned and operated dealership in Rio Rancho, has an immediate position open in the Accounting Office. The ideal candidate will have some experience in Automotive Accounting: however, we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for a dependable team player with a positive attitude, must be able to take on multiple duties and be willing to cross-train in multiple areas of Automotive Accounting. Must thrive while working independently and without needing to be micro-managed. If you have some experience in an office environment and are wanting to learn more and grow in a company, then Perfection Honda could be a great fit for you.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

General office duties, filing and assisting accounting staff where needed

Basic title work, stocking in vehicles

Process vehicle payoffs, type checks and post journal entries.

Basic Excel use, typing and data entry

Prepare vehicle registration to be mailed

Interact with customers, dealers, and dealership personnel.
