Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Candidates should have one to two years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret procedural manuals and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and process daily deposits accurately.
• Scan and email Finance & Insurance product contracts to vendors.
• Reconcile sublet and warranty schedules regularly to maintain financial accuracy.
• Adjust repair orders and parts tickets to reflect accurate job details.
• Post warranty credits to the accounting system.
• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting policies.
• Assist with month-end close reporting, which may require weekends and holidays.
• Ensure all financial reporting is accurate and compliant with company standards.
• Maintain organization within the accounting department.
• File dealership documents, review incoming materials for accuracy, classify and file appropriately.
• Collaborate with the Controller to support development goals.
