Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret manuals and documents; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and process daily deposits accurately.
• Scan and email F&I product contracts to vendors.
• Reconcile sublet and warranty schedules for accuracy.
• Post journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Assist with week/weekend coverage as needed.
• Maintain organized files and collaborate with Controller.
