Job summary

MS Companies is seeking an Account Manager in Troy, Michigan to support OEM and Tier-1 programs across North America. You will manage RFQ activity, quote coordination, pricing, and customer communications in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in automotive manufacturing or supplier sales support, with experience in RFQ processes and cross-functional collaboration. This hybrid role requires in-office Tue–Thu with remote Mon/Fri.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in automotive manufacturing or supplier sales support.
• Experience supporting RFQ processes and pricing activities.
• Experience with Nissan OEM or similar accounts preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFQ activity, quotes, pricing documentation, and customer support.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal departments for requests and launches.
• Maintain commercial documentation and reporting metrics in internal systems.
• Monitor communications and ensure timely follow-up; travel as needed.
