Job summary

Radco is seeking a team member to professionally install aftermarket accessories on vehicles, ensuring proper fitment, function, and safety. This role personalizes and installs automotive equipment for guests, following manufacturer and shop standards, with a 5‑day workweek including Saturday; Saturday hours include an extra $5.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on Guest’s vehicles ensuring quality and top-notch workmanship.
• Read and interpret installation manuals, use tools, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality control checks.
• Bring vehicles to Guests and demonstrate how to use their new products and their features.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure installations are performed correctly and safely.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
• Communicate with Guests to understand desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
• Communicate updates with Guests during the installation process.
• Maintain precise and professional installations.
