Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Automotive Accessories Installer in Blaine, MN to professionally install aftermarket equipment, ensure proper fitment and safety, and demonstrate product use to Guests. The role follows a 5-day schedule with Saturdays and offers a $5 per hour premium for Saturday work and Sundays off.

Work includes lift kits, running boards, lighting, wiring, and more, with training opportunities available. Prior automotive experience helps but is not required.

• Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on Guest's vehicles ensuring quality and top-notch workmanship.
• Read and interpret installation manuals, use tools, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality control checks.
• Communicate with Guests to understand desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
• Bring vehicles to Guests and demonstrate product use and features.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations and ensure installations are correct and safe.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues and ensure precise, professional results.
