Paylocity is seeking a dedicated automotive accessories installer to professionally fit aftermarket parts onto guests' vehicles. You will handle a range of products, ensure quality workmanship, and explain features to guests.

The role emphasizes safety, precise installation, and excellent guest service. Training is available for growth in the automotive industry, with weekend work and an extra Saturday pay premium.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on Guests’ vehicles ensuring quality and top-notch workmanship.
• Work with a variety of accessories (lift and lowering kits, running boards, toppers, lights, wiring, and more).
• Communicate with Guests to understand desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
• Provide updates to Guests during the installation process.
• Read/install manuals, use tools, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality checks.
• Demonstrate product use to Guests after installation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure installations are correct and safe.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
• Ensure precise and professional installations.
