Paylocity in Minnesota is seeking an automotive installer to professionally install aftermarket accessories on guests' vehicles, ensuring proper fit, function, and safety. This full-time role operates on a 5-day workweek (4 weekdays + Saturday) with an extra $5.00/hr for Saturday hours.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on Guests' vehicles ensuring quality and top-notch workmanship.
• Work with a variety of accessories including lift and lowering kits, running boards, toppers, brush kits, brush guard or bull bar, snowplows, lift gates, emergency lighting, trailer hitches and wiring, tonneau covers, exhaust systems, and related lighting/wiring.
• Communicate with and listen to Guests to understand their desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation procedures.
• Read and interpret installation manuals, use tools and equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality control checks.
• Bring vehicles to Guests and demonstrate how to use their new products and their features.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations and ensure all installations are performed correctly and safely.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
• Ensure precise and professional installations.
