Job summary

Dan Wolf Automotive Group in Naperville, IL is seeking an Automotive Accessories Coordinator to drive accessory installations with precision and top-tier customer satisfaction. You will coordinate installations, schedule repairs with aftermarket vendors, and support both Service and Aftermarket teams.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or background in automotive/service environments.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication abilities in person and over the phone.
• Computer literate with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle accessory installations and track progress.
• Organize and manage multiple installations and appointments.
• Assist accessories manager with RO data for monthly reports.
• Close out work orders and contribute to month-end reports.
• Provide timely updates to guests and explain work performed.
• Sell accessory packages and drive customer value.
• Deliver vehicles with clear explanations of work and outcomes.
