Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where law allows.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws; may be required.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at an automotive facility by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, vehicle-related concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, vehicle storage, access points and perimeters.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and document activity per site requirements.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and communicate observations to leadership.
