Auto Max is seeking a skilled and dedicated General Tire and Lube Technician to join our busy automotive service team. You will work in a fast-paced shop delivering top-notch tire installations, rotations, oil changes, and basic inspections while upholding our high safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes precise service, accurate records, and clear communication with customers. We value team players who can work independently, follow safety protocols, and contribute to ongoing training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous tire and lube technician experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of tire installation, repair techniques, and oil change procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues or safety concerns.
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to promote even tread wear and vehicle stability.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations, answering inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working in a shop environment.
