Job summary

Main Street Auto is seeking a skilled General Tire and Lube Technician to join our team in California. You will perform tire rotations, install tires, conduct oil changes, and complete routine vehicle inspections in a fast-paced shop environment.

We offer industry-leading pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with ongoing training and clear paths for career growth. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, with weekly compensation as described.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior tire and lube technician experience preferred.
• Proficient in tire installation, repair, and oil change procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify issues or safety concerns.
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires for even tread wear and vehicle stability.
• Maintain accurate service records including parts used and time spent.

At Auto Max, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. • 8AM-6:00PM (M-F)

Compensation:

-$900-$1000 paid weekly

Responsibilities:

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues or safety concerns
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to promote even tread wear and vehicle stability
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each task
• Assist customers with tire recommendations, answering inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service
• Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working in a shop environment

Requirements:

• must be over the age of 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a tire and lube technician or similar role preferred
• Proficient knowledge of tire installation, repair techniques, and oil change procedures
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
