Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred or an equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in an engineering-related discipline required.
• Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement new technology, develop process improvements and validation in select process areas.
• Drive life cycle management and standards in collaboration with engineering and QA teams.
• Support capital investments and contribute to complex assignments.
• Promote Lean Sigma programs and maintain effective communication across teams.
