Job summary

Telekom HBS is seeking an Automation Tester to join our team and drive automated testing across React and Java-based applications, for mobile and web platforms. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience, proficiency with Selenium, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps, plus testing in banking and lending contexts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in automation testing and QA processes.
• Hands-on Selenium experience for web and mobile testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Jira and Xray for defect tracking and test management.
• Knowledge of Agile testing practices and bug lifecycle management.
• Experience with banking and lending applications is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Automate regression and functional testing for React and Java-based applications

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for mobile and web applications

• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify, track and resolve defects

• Maintain and enhance the test suite to cover new and evolving features

• 7+ years of experience

• Experience in the testing tool Selenium (only for automation engineer).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins/AzureDevOps (only for automation engineers).

• Familiarity with Agile testing strategies.

• Strong understanding of QA processes and bug lifecycle management.

• Knowledge in Jira and Xray.

• Experience in Banking applications

• Experience in Lending Applications (i.e. Guarantee Calls, Cash & Liquidity Management, Rate Setting, Advisory Services, Capital Markets, Mandate Management)

Preferred:

• Experienced in working in international organizations
• Experience in working in English.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (i.e. Jmeter)
